One site won't load?

[Friction Baby]

I have been having this problem since yesterday, there is one particular website I am trying to view and it won't load? I keep getting "the connection has timed out" in firefox and "the page cannot be displayed" in IE but every other site I go to loads perfect in both browsers? Could it be DNS issues with my ISP or issues with the particular site? I cleared the temp files, cache, and history in both browsers, and tried the site in my other three computers none of which will load the site either. this one has me baffeled. any insight on this would be helpful.

Thanx
