office xp service pack

I have office xp installed, and have had to manually install the service pack.
All the office programs says that the service pack is installed, but when i go onto the office update site, it tells me it is not installed.
I have tried un-installing office and re-installing along with service pack, but still have same problem.

Can anyone help?

Also how do I backup my emails, calendar, tasks, etc.
