Office Short Cut Tool Bar

This probelm is with the Microsft Office Xp Short cut ToolBar, it shows the icons very badly. I check it at college on Office 98 with Win Me, and the icons appear just as good quality as the ones in the toolbar, but with mine, the icons are ugly, and are of very poor quality.

To me, this sounds like bad display settings, set your resolution to whatever you like, I use 800x600 on 15" monitors, 1024x768 on 17" monitors, and 1600x1200 on +19" monitors.

Also, display your desktop in as high a color mode as you can, you should be able to get 16 bit atleast, if not 24 or 32.

I'm using the configurations, and the icons in the toolbar are alright, and so are any other icons, but this problem is only with the Office Xp Short Cut Tool Bar, you can open it form your start menu if you have any version of Office, its in the office tools folder. All the icons are alright, besides the ones that came with Win Xp, they have bits of black stuck to them, and even appear black and white on some parts, and only in the Office Toolbar, so it must be a problem with that.
