Hi,
can anybody tell me where I can find my Product key (the original registration) in the registry?
I have two office 2000 and I want sell one...I do not know which one I have installed! Ooops..
Help me please!

H_KEY_LOCAL _MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office.


You may have to search around each subkey until you find where the registration key is stored. For Office, it’s in a subkey called Registration\ProductID.

I found the key (product ID) but it's not the same as on the cd box !???
On my box I have letters and numbers, in the rgeistry there are only numbers ! Do they change the registry code when registrating?
