well, according to some of the people here on this very site, ya, it might be illegal, but so what?

I did not refer to the leader of the free world the way you have either. Let's keep this civil. If you want to take the matter further please post a new thread in Hard Talk. I will be happy to respond to your childish taunt there.

When laws are broken, they are broken. Simple.
