Nothing TO NTFS

i have a PIII 600, 20GB + 30GB hd's, TNT2....


i reciently had to format my PC due to a virus. i was wondering if anyone knew how to make a computers allocation system NTFS instead of FAT32...i have NO os at the moment (no drive is detectable by the computer, i only have dos) , and am looking @ Win2K, or XP..........PLEASE ANY HELP IS WELCOME!!!!


does anyone know how to:

1) Make partition NTFS
+
2) Install a drive....
