I INSTALLED NORTON ANTIVIRUS 2002 FOR Windows xp and when i run it , it stays on the screen for about 10 seconds and it just dissappears. what should i do?????
Get ahold of Norton and see what they say. You paid for customer service, might as well use it. If you had Klez virus on your system, it can disable all major antivirus software. Get Klez clean from the Norton site, or see if you can run scanner from DOS.
I have had a few problems but uninstalling and reinstalling done the trick however the uninstall process rarely works - if you do uninstall you may want to check out this link
