Nomad 2C problems.. Help

Ok.. I bought 2 of these things, one for my fiance, and one for me when we go jetsking. Anyways As soon as I hook it up to the computer, and try to put in the songs, it gives me an error, and or it will not reconise that it's even on. I have Win XP Pro, and have updated all of my Nomad drivers from creative's website, and it still doesn't work at all.. Please help..

I use a nomad jukebox, but I think I might be able to help.

First off, what program are you using to try and transfer? Playcenter? And secondly, can you post exactly what the error message says?

Or, if you want, head over to http://www.nomadness.co.uk, I frequent the forums there also, and there are probably even more experienced people than myself in the nomad ii section.
