I thought you were waiting another year for Nehalem Saz? :p
Didn't I say that at the end of last year?

So this year would be it :)

Penryn has already dropped and Nehalem is Q2 I think.

Since the 1503 bios (I would get 1603 though as 1503 was bad) the M2N32 SLI Deluxe is supposed to support Phenom 9500 and the Phenom 9600.

This is what I am looking at:

I just can't decide, whether to go newer tech dual-core or older tech quad core. Mind you, I am mostly a gamer, and becuase of that I am leaning toward the E8400.
Dude, I'm in the same boat as you. I can't decide between the two. I mostly game, surf the internet, use internet programs, encode video. I don't use my computer for work or anything, so which should I chose? Anyone?

Well, I made my decision, I went for the E8400. 2 reasons, 1-It is the newer tech for the money, 2-It is the faster CPU for what I do mainly and that is play games. Besdies, now I will have the mobo to upgrade to a quad later if needed!

think so - although they can be over clocked to 3ghz if you get the right heatsink and fan - i went and got an artic 7 big bloody thing it is, does the job though, better and quiter than the stock fan and heatsink, and even that was a beast :)

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS

Been running around Quora lately, luv it there https://tinyurl.com/ycpxl
