Networking?

I have the workstation shut of in my services because it slows my time to connect to the internet on. Is there anyway I can get it to run while the computer is already started up? I don't want to restart every time I need on my network.

u can go to control panel, admin tools, services, find that work station go to it's properties and click start it. then ok.
