NetMeeting and windows xp?

Is there a way to start netmeeting from winxp? I have a friend that cares not to install msn messenger for just the sake to have a video conference with me...

Ive been looking all over and trying to figure out if you can download netmeeting, or how to start it in xp but ive found nothing.

Is there a way to do it? or does the .NET stuff, and msn messenger block it and only want to use the msn messenger?
