Where do I find this for Windows 7?

I found a download for Windows SDK and this, but its like 3GBs or something, and seems weird.

Which one am I suppose to install?

The .NET Framework version 3.5.1 is installed by default on my installation of the Windows 7 Ultimate RTM.

You can check if it is installed already by following these steps:

Open the Control Panel. Click Programs. Click 'Turn Windows Features on or off'. The .NET Framework 3.5.1 should be included in the list that opens and it should already be selected.
