Need urgent help with Microsoft Word! (plz)

I don't know why I haven't seen this anywhere on the net before because its not just me. I've talked to several friends all of which have the same problem and have different computers and different printers...
Problem is, I can never print page borders properly. It will always cut off the bottom horizontal line. I've tried increasing the border distance from the bottom of the page (Format > Borders and Shading > Page Border > Options > Bottom) all the way up to the max of 31 points but still no success. It even shows it cut off in the print preview.
And I know it's word screwing me around because other programs CAN print in that area so it's not a damn unprintable area as the annoying microsoft support articles like to claim.

Someone PLEASE help, I urgently need to print an important document with borders...
