I've got an assignment and I need some information regarding how and why an Athlon XP processor is faster than the a Pentium 4 processor of equal mhz.
I remember reading something about it and I think it had to do with something like a second condition like how many cycles it can do in a second or how much it can do in one cycle. Something like that.
