Need New MotherBoard

I am in the market for a new motherboard. socket 478 rdram no audio no video. the chip i have is a P4 1.7ghz 400mhz processor bus speed. any help is greatly appreciated. every where i've looked so far all the boards have intergrated audio. i have my own sound card so i don't need. it.

yup, and most new boards (any board from a reputable manufacturer) come with integrated audio anyway, even if you don't want it

I know that isn't what you want to hear, but it really isn't that big of a deal anyway 😛

You can usually disable it via the BIOS settings, along with onboard networking options.
