MSN Messenger vanished for one user?

Hi People

The title says it all.

It worked for both users after installing XP + setting up the MSN Messenger usernames and passwords, I downloaded the newer version it offered and now the other user can't access it.

When the other user tries to load it manually it appears to load (hour glass) BUT nothing actually appears (in taskbar)...WIERD....anyideas????????

could not see a way of uninstalling from XP, so I downloaded the new version from downloads.com and it seems ok again.
