msn explorer question

when trying to read my e-mail it says, "unable to connect to server.." and.. i am on cable... but i remember clicking on "no" in allowing to read my e-mail from the server using MSN Explorer.. how do I remedy this problem?

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and deleting my account, but it won't work anymore. have any ideas?

hi sorry for the late reply, but it is after I have installed from the XP CD. 😕
