Mouse not responding....

my mouse froze up! I can use the keyboard and get around just fine, but the mouse wont move, I've tried my logitech wheel mouse, and a Microsoft mouse, and re downloaded drivers for both and nothing is helping! any ideas? this is making me crazy! 😀

I think USB, I mean, its just the regular old mouse....I have both a logitech wheel mouse and a standard microsoft 2 button one....

whats PS2?

USB: small rectangular connector.
PS2: round connector.
Serial: bigger almost rectangular connector with two screws.

same experience with an a4tech , died after 2 days of strange workin' , i quess you'll have the same problem . 🙁

well, its working!

well, I downloaded the latest 'Recommended Updates' from Windows Update, and once they installed, it started working again!
