More than 3 shortcuts on the taskbar

Where do you adjust how many shortcuts can be on the taskbar, as soon as I get 4 one goes and hides, I want to see all 4 or more.

right click on a blank area of the taskbar, deselect 'lock taskbar.' your quicklaunch resize indicators should now be visible an you can 'drag' it to however big you want.

While back I unlocked mine and was mesising with it, then it went to a double task bar. It took me forever to get it back to a single size. I know, one should be able to move it down into one but it just didn't work that way for me... and when it did finally go back I LOCKED it and it's staying locked. 🙂
