MESSED up WD id tag

ok i was setting up my new server and one of my WD 120's, the ID tag is messed, here is a pic if you can make it out.it is the primary drive

Tried repairing track 0 with the WD utility disk?

can someone make a floppy data life duard and post the files so i can put them to cd????? i dont have a floppy drive nad i cant extract teh files from the installer
