Is it possible to have a start menu(Programs Menu) like ME, where only the programs I use alot are listed?

Right click on a blank area of your taskbar> properties> "start menu" tab> tick the "classic start menu" option. Then click the "customize" button, scroll down to the bottom of the list and make sure 'use personalized menus' is ticked. This option isn't available with the new start menu layout, you can only use it in 'classic' mode.
