I was messing around with some dual boot options (easy bcd) and after a restart bam, no windows 7! I loaded up the DVD and went to the repair options and it doesn't even show windows 7 being there...any thoughts?

Here is a screen to show that windows the drive is there..

I think you can fix this with easy bcd or vistabootpro.

What is the other OS and can you boot into it?

Then you are going to have to boot from the 7 DVD and use bcdedit.

You need to rebuild the boot manager.

Took a few trys,,kept getting errors and such, but after an hour the Windows 7 DVD picked up the repair...thanks!!

Boot from Windows 7 DVD and Choose your Regional Language etc.
On the Setup...Click on Repair your Computer.
It'll scan for valid Windows installation and detect errors and fix them too.
