Low hard disk space message

I have a small hard disk drive (4Gb) and as you can understand I frequently receive a tooltip message in the taskbar that informs me that "Ihave low hard disk space..."

I would like to ask if anyone knows how I can disable this message...

P.S. I have found that there is an option in registry and I had fixed it. But I did format and I don't remember how to fix it again.

Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT.EXE).
Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Policies\ Explorer.
If it's not there, create a DWORD value and call it NoLowDiskSpaceChecks.
Double-click on NoLowDiskSpaceChecks, and enter the value 1, and press OK.
