There are several reasons why links in Outlook Express won't work when clicked on. The most common one is that Outlook Express is not selected as you default email program (and Internet Explorer is not selected as your default browser). To correct this, go to Control Panel, click on Internet Options and click the "Programs" tab at the top. Make sure that Internet Explorer is selected as your default browser and that Outlook Express is set as your default email program. To see a picture of this dialog window click on the pic below.
