Losing Shortcut Bar

I know this might be a stupid Question but it is causing a headache for me...Whenever I reboot my machine I lose my Microsoft shortcut bar !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can someone help me on this?

Right .
Firstly open explorer and navigate to your office folder, right click the shortcut ,copy then paste it into your start up folder.
