The Dell XPS M1550 is a beautiful system. It is built like a rock and performs well. I'd recommend going with the LED backlighting.

I have the M1330 and I am very happy with it.

Thanks.. its between dell, sony or HP now. I always got Toshiba's before but i keep breaking them. Just bad luck with them.

HP and Lenovo ThinkPads are built more like tanks as far as being able to be destroyed easily. 🙂

I like the Hp, should i get a Centrino Duo or AMD Turion 64 X2 laptop.
I always gotten centrino duo or centrino single core before. I just need it to do allot of photo edits and other types of editing but no video editing also I won't be gaming on it, ill stick to the ps3 for games.

I finally got the new laptop, i ended up ordering a new laptop form sonystyle.com I got the Sony VGN-490 white..... Is a pretty nice laptop. I have no problems with it, runs fast and smooth...
