allright, ima try to explain this the best i can, i need a cgi/php script or somthin for my site, and it to be a search script, but one that searches a text file and heres an example on how it can searces it...

Hears an example of the text file

[ yahoo, search, internet ]

[ xp-erience. windows xp, support, internet ]

So like I want it so if somone does a search for "windows xp" they will recieve the result on another page,
"-- http://www.xp-erience.org/ --"

And if they do a search for "internet" they will recieve a result that says:
"-- http://www.yahoo.com/ --
-- http://www.xp-erience.org/ --"

Thats the best i can explain it, i mnot gonna use urls for it, just some other stuff alike it, if you know of a script that would do this, that would be great!!

only if its free tho....

thanks allot :d

Acctually I'd suggest you use a database for it, like mySQL. Much easier to structure the data plus the search functions are already there.

Or you can do a search on any search engine (google, metacrawler) for "Matt's Script Archive". I am sure he has something there you could use. :)
