Well you've got Disk Utility which can burn/create ISO's and such, you've also got the finder in which you can make a new "Burn Folder", then you just drag what you want into the new folder, when you're done click the burn button when you're in the folder, slap in a disc and let it go.

Music CDs you turn with iTunes.

Also Disco as X-Istence mentioned, it has the novelty effect of smoke rising off the application window while its burning a disc.
