Locked out of XP HELP FAST!!!

A friend of mine was messing around with "policy editor" (i take it) and ended up making it so anyone who logs on gets logged off as soon as the the desktop shows.

Not that much of a problem if it was just for normal users but he then tried logging on as Administrator and still gets the same problem and cannot get into windows now.

help anyone?

Reboot and press F8 immediately after the POST. From the boot menu, select "Last Known Good Configuration." That will restore your computer to its last working state.
