KDE 3.2 upgrade

i was readin up on a review of KDE 3.2 (at KDE Review ) and they have a link to download it. i noticed that the folder its in is for red hat. if im running mandrake, would i have to download the version for mandrake, or can i just run the one thats posted there?

I have almost no experience with mandrake, but cant you use urpm to update http://www.mandrakeuser.org/docs/basics/brpm3.html

yeah, id rather not use urpm to update, i prefer doin it on my own so i can learn better.
so if i download the rpm from this site http://ftp.us.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/3.2/RedHat/Fedora/i386/
will i be able to install it in mandrake? or do i have to look for a mandrake-specific version?

I'm really not sure. I think you might need a MDK RPM since both RH/Fedora and Mandrake seem to brand their versions.
