KaZaa spyware.....

Thinking of installing the latest version of KaZaa, despite it's WELL KNOWN spyware, but since the new Morph is terrible...I have no real choice! BUT, before I do...does anyone know of the exact files/spyware it installs and will Ad-Aware remove it all??

I assum it's some form of KaZaa spyware free....but how'd you get the spyware out of an executable?
