IS it ATA/100

i was wondering if the was a certain way to tell if my hardrive in win XP PRO is running at the ata/100 level not at the 66,.. the hard drive and board both support it and i think the cable does aswell.....also is there a tweak to get it to be in that mode...........

Also make sure you don't have a cdrom or a slower hard drive hooked to your fastest hard drive Because it will default to the slowest speed device on that Ide ribbon.
