Ie 5.5

I am using IE 5.5 (Win 98 2nd Edition)
I CANNOT open multiple instances (windows) online.

When I double click on the "E" on my desktop (while one window is open and minimized) I get nothing.

Whe I go to "file"and open "New" window...nothing happens!!!!

This is so frustrating.......can anyone help me?

hmm strange Try in advanced internet options unchecking "reuse windows for shortcuts"
