Ics Help!!!

OK heres the problem. I cant open some web pages on my sec computer. I have 2 nic cards in one(XP) computer and one in the other computer (ME) and using a crossover cable. I also use DSL if that makes a diff. When I try to open some pages (like this one) it says website found waiting for reply and then just hangs there. This is really starting to bug me and I would like to know how to fix it. I almost forgot to mention that it does it with IE and Netscape and no firewall running.
