I am trying to create Icons for Windows XP, and I can make the Icons in a photo shop program, but what do I use to compile them and add the Icon to the place where I want it to go?
I found http://www.gamani.com on the internet, but it is $30 and I was looking for something free.....
Thanks for any help.
