I honestly did search this forum for "network" first...

it's just that I went wi-fi and in the wee small hours I will often be on a secondary or tertiary computer (they all go through my wi-fi to the router) and then find my sig disappears on a post. Now I do not expect the toonz I'm listening to on the sig or anything (esp. as in the wee hours I'm usually on an MP3 device rather than the speakers!).... but there are some things that surprise me and I would think it might be cool to have some kind of "FAQ" on that aspect.

Heck, if I knew EXACTLY what was going on I would even right it! So what does anyone else think? Do mods ever get pestered about this? I'm also thinking about work/home computer log-in issues - we could try to cover all that and poxy servers maybe too?

Probably trying to reinvent the fourth wheel - shoot me down in flames if so.

Maybe you can try posting it under coding. To have FAQ for everything that comes along would not be effeciant. At the rate which members have issues relating to work/home log in issues or proxy servers would be minimal at best and not worth a full thread dedicated to them. There are very little in the way of work/home log in issues and most of those are related too breaking into computers.
Tyring to to cover a broad range of topics is the goal. To specify a niche whenever one may arise would result in a forum impossible to navigate. Let alone moderate.
