I've been using the Omegas for a good while now and have had good luck with them... I haven't used stock ATI drivers since 3.6, but I do remember the Omega 3.6's giving me an ever so slight boost in performance... The Omega drivers also include a few extra apps like an overclocker a profiler (lets you set groups of settings into profiles and load them as necessary) and a few other things that I've not really used much (aside from the overclocker, which I use to actually underclock because my card is an OEM Powercolor with a Pro BIOS, so it won't run at 324/300).
