i hate this error...help

i keep getting this error when icq loads. I have tried reinstalling and uninstalling but nothing seems to work. I have windows xp pro. This is the only program that seems to get this error. What should i do?

Try running the DBconverter in the ICQ-directory, let me know if that fixes it. 😀

did you try loooking for a new update for icq, as far as i know there is non, but M$ might have some sort of fix for this
