How to kill Annoying message displays after connecting?

Your Connection is now connected... For all of us dial up users, there has got to be someone that hates this as well, and perhaps does anyone know how to remove it with a reg tweak?
To clarify its the message that appears in the system tray, after establishing a connection. Any help is will be appreciated.

Download XP PowerToys here. Use TweakUI to disable balloon tips... see the attachment for guidance. This should disable all balloon tips from popping up for you.
