I've been having a real difficult time sleeping lately. I've cut out my daily espresso, which sucks ass. I'm not going to get addicted to sleeping pills either. I just shagged (can I say shagged?) my girlfriend for 2 hours, sent her home and I'm still wide awake at 2AM. I tried Cammomile Tea, no luck. Tasy stuff though, with a little honey. I think I'll go pop the cork on a bottle of Chardonnay (Bogle is delish, try it) and see if that helps. I hear that alcohol actually disturbs your sleep. That doesn't quite track though, since I used to fall face down after a night of Pub crawling and not so much as wiggle until morning. Any other ideas?
