How to edit right click in XP start menu?

Good morning. I have a problem and I cannot figure out how to resolve it. Details below:

Some how my right click menu in the XP start menu has duplicate listings for "Scan with Norton AntiVirus" and "WinZip" and I can't figure out how to remove them. I have tried uninstalling WinZip, but once I reinstalled it, it reappeared.

i would wipe/reinstall windows then reinstall the aforementioned programs. as with any microsoft product, we have learned that they dont work like they should for long and a reinstall is necessary.
