how to backup contacts from mobile to vista?

man, I know this sync is supposed to be simpler but for the life of me I can't figure out how to sync my contacts list

can someone give me a turorial?

the only thing this wants to sync are the media files

ok, I just had to download and install the lates active sync and all is good
