HELP with thumbnails...

OK, in "My Documents" I have the following:

My Music
My Personal Files
My Pictures
My Received Files
My Videos

When I right-click, properties, they all have at least two-tabs:
- General, and
- Sharing

For some reason, only My Pers. Files & My Rcvd Files have a "Customize" tab, which allows me to select Thumbnails, etc.

Any help on this? Thanks!
