help with "help and support"

Ok I disable the “help and support service” and “knowledge base” in the “help and support” options, and still wants to go online, any suggestions.

How can I take control of the start up menu, I don’t want other programs to put in web shortcuts?

TweakUI should allow you to remove most things from your menus... Adding them is a bit more difficult and I can't remember how to do it off the top of my head...does involve registry editing.
