Help: WinXP & Hibernating

sometimes when I start my comp and it loads from the hibernation, XP seems to stuck : the mouse moves but XP doesn't react on any click made (I can't open any program). In addition HDD led lights in interruptions, so it seems that XP loads, but I know that it should start working almost immediately.
Has anyone ever met this problem, or is it just me? 🙄

Hibernation has never failed for me. Always works flawlessly.

The mem dump (the hibernation itself) also never failed at me, but after loading the XP... I had the problem described above
