Help!!! mp3s constantly in use

I hope someone can help me. I cut 14 mp3s and pasted them in the wrong folder, so I clicked to undo and they were returned but now i cant play, move or delete them because i get an error message saying file or files in use. please close file before.... but i cant close them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try booting in safe mode to a cmd prompt and del them from the prompt

I know this may be a silly response, but did you try turning off your computer and restarting? Usually, that ends my "file in use" errors right there. I'm just wondering if you possibly panicked and registered here to ask this question immediately after the error happened without trying to restart your computer.
