Heatsink for a 3.8GHz P4?

I'm installing a P4 3.8GHz processor in a computer that I robbed the processor, heatsink, and shroud from and installed in a different computer (hope that makes sense!). Looking for recommendations for a heatsink to use with the 3.8....
