HD random accesses ????!

Hi , does ny1 know about this strange randomish HD
access, I hear my HD never rests under XP,
if anybody has ideas on how to make XP IDLE once in a while 😉

ps- I have disabled ALL SFC / Srestore / extra shiet ...
i have adaptec 29160 with

A-X15 Cheetah 18g
B-ATLAS 10KII 18g
C-ATLAS 10KII 18g
D-ATLAS 10KII 9g

Only the 1rst HD seems to be accessed all the time (i see/gear little rattle, but i want IDLE !!)

I had this 1ce 2. I just let it finish and then defragged, never happened again.
