Having a hard time removing Norton 2002

I unistalled Norton 2002 from my system and used a registry editor to delete it as well. But I still found traces of it at one particular point that I cannot remove; not even in safe mode!

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Enum\Root\LEGACY_NAVAPSVC

Never mind. I had to allow "full permission" to delete this string.

Very difficult program to delete.🙄
