Does any1 know how i can delete System Restore Points

and how i can find out wats usein the Space on my h/d i can add up to 25gb with music, movies, programs etc but cant find 8gb which im usin

Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup
Click the "More Options" tab
"Clean Up" under System Restore
